DEFENDOOR OS
The leaves of the DEFENDOOR DS steel fire and non-fire doors and oversized doors are constructed of two galvanized steel skins with a thickness of 0.75 mm with a mineral wool filling with a density of 140 kg/m3. The total thickness of the door leaf is 65 mm. The low weight of the door leaf minimizes mechanical stress on the hinges, lock and closer. As a result, it increases their durability and service life. The leaves and frames are surface-treated in powder paint from the standard RAL color range.
The DEFENDOOR OS fire and non-fire oversized door is manufactured in a single-leaf or double-leaf version. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The steel sheets are powder coated and can be covered with decorative PVC foil or optional plates made of corrosion-resistant steel sheet.
Overall, this design results in less overall stress on door hinges, locks, door closers, which has a direct positive impact on increased functionality and durability.
Steel Frame
DEFENDOOR OS gate door frames are made of 1.5 mm thick steel, standard in a frame profile, with the option of replacing with a panel or corner frame. A version with a broken thermal bridge is also available.

INSTALLATION OF STEEL DOORS DEFENDOOR OS
DEFENDOOR OS steel doors feature innovative features to facilitate installation. Elements on the frame, such as hinges and protective covers for the lock latch and safety latches, contain threaded holes for steel screws or expansion anchors (optional). Screws / bolts with metal plates on DEFENDOOR adjustable hinges ensure a firm fastening of the door leaf directly to the wall, preventing it from sagging.
