DEFENDOOR DS 30 HP | 60 HP
The DEFENDOOR DS HP solid steel fire doors are made of
two galvanized steel sheets with a thickness of 0.75 mm with Rockwool mineral wool filling with a density of 120 kg/m3 in the fire resistance class EI230 and 140 kg/m3 in the EI260 class. The total thickness of the door leaf is 65 mm.
The low weight of the door leaf minimizes mechanical stress on the hinges, lock and closer. As a result, their durability and service life are increased. The leaves and frames are surface-treated in powder paint from the standard RAL color range.
The DEFENDOOR DS solid fire doors are manufactured in a single-leaf or double-leaf version.

The steel sheets are powder coated and can be covered with decorative PVC foil or optional plates made of corrosion-resistant steel sheet.
Door leaves up to 2500 mm high are hung in an aluminum pressing frame with at least 2 pcs of stainless steel hinges of class EN 1.4301 / AISI304
Overall, this design causes a lower overall load acting on the door hinges, locks, door closers, which has a direct positive impact on increased functionality and durability.

Tu zohráva úlohu hliníková zárubňa s dvojitou polodrážkou, ktorá skrýva polodrážku dverného krídla, čo umožňuje, aby zostala nezmenená konštrukcia dverného krídla, čím sa minimalizujú náklady na neštandardný model.
Zárubne DEFENDOOR DS sú vyrobené z lisovaného hliníka v hrúbke 3 mm, štandardne v rohovom profile (Z), s možnosťou výmeny za obložkovú alebo rámovú zárubňu spoje majú kvalitnú a estetickú úpravu. Hliníkové zárubne navyše nepredstavujú riziko korózie vo vonkajšom alebo inom potenciálne vlhkom prostredí.

INSTALLATION OF STEEL DOORS DEFENDOOR DS
DEFENDOOR DS HP steel doors feature innovative features to facilitate installation. Elements on the frame, such as hinges and protective covers for the lock latch and safety latches, contain threaded holes for steel screws or expansion anchors (optional). Screws with metal plates on the DFM adjustable hinges ensure a firm fastening of the door leaf directly to the wall, preventing it from sagging.
