Eurovea Tower is the first skyscraper built in Slovakia and an iconic landmark of the newly created Bratislava downtown. This impressive 52-story building has become not only a symbol of the architectural boom of the capital, but also the beginning of the construction of a well-thought-out residential and administrative district that combines modern world architecture with a functional urban environment.
The implementation of this unique project represented a technically demanding challenge. Given its height and complexity of the structure, the building required innovative solutions for the statics, safety and technical equipment of the building. The project met strict fire safety requirements, including access control systems for individual parts of the building and carefully designed escape routes. Emphasis was placed on the high quality and durability of the components used, which must withstand demanding operating conditions.
Fire doors with advanced electromechanical systems ensure access control for residents, office spaces and social areas. Each element had to meet not only technical but also aesthetic requirements in order to harmoniously fit into the design concept of the skyscraper.
